Dear Friends of Saint Charles Caritas, Charity on the Border: 

I hope you will have the best Father's Day celebration this weekend!  

June 14, Saturday is the bagging of food for project# 13. The bags of food are going to the 250 poor families in the Tijuana dumpsite. Please, please volunteer, and we need pick up trucks. Volunteers of all ages are welcome. We also issue service hours for your schools. We need all the help that you can give. If you can donate bars of soap, shampoos, toiletries, candies & chocolate for the children it would be very much appreciated. 

    Where: St. Charles garage

    Time: 9:30 am. For those with pick up trucks, please be at St. Charles at 8:00am. We re going to transport the food from Costco Broadway/Palomar Chula vista to St. Charles garage. 

June 14 & 15, Saturday & Sunday is Caritas Day. 100% of your donations are going to be used to buy basic food and cleaning products for all our 8 charities and the special projects for TJ dumpsite. All nuns and volunteers will be at the exit doors. Please see them. 

June 19, Thursday at 6pm, is Costco buy of food for our charities. We need volunteers. 

June 28, Saturday is the Food Distribution for project#13 at the TJ dumpsite. We need volunteers. Meeting outside the St. Charles office at 8:00 am. If you have a passport, please bring it with you.
